The National Park has many faces and every hiking area has its charms.
We chose to do a short hike from the starting point in Terhills (Maasmechelen). Via the blue loop - 5,3km in total - you walk along the small pond, the small terril and the long terril with panoramic views. Even better, the view from the terril is also called the most beautiful panorama of Flanders.

Practical information:
- Admission to the park costs 3 euros per person.
- At the entrance you receive a map with 4 marked walking routes
