Ark van Noë is a brasserie & event location and recently they also introduced a glamping concept. We take you to this beautiful location.
General information
Ark van Noë is located in Lichtaart in the heart of Antwerp Kempen. There are about 10 glamping tents for couples and for families (up to 4 persons). The lodge tents are beautifully and luxuriously furnished. Showers and toilets are located in a central building.
The beauty of this concept is that you will never be bored. On site there is a brasserie, playground, petting zoo, a beach bar or explore the small Nete by kayak. It is all possible here.
Food & drinks
What a breakfast! A selection of breakfast biscuits, cold cuts, different fruit juices and home-made cakes is delivered to your tent at 8.30am. We already enjoyed this extensive breakfast on our terrace at the water's edge. For lunch and dinner you can visit the brasserie. When the weather is good, we recommend you to enjoy a cocktail at the beach bar.
Activities
As mentioned before, there is so much to do on site. Our 5-year-old daughter had a great time in the playground and the petting zoo. We also enjoyed our kayak trip. Unfortunately, we did not have time to try out the natural hot tub and sauna. The amusement park Bobbejaanland is located a few kilometres from Ark van Noë. Walking and cycling routes are available at the reception.
Practical information
The tents are far enough apart to enjoy your own privacy. Moreover, you can close the tent with a lock when you leave it. We definitely recommend bringing mosquito repellent. Ark van Noë is surrounded by water and of course there are a lot of mosquitoes. Fortunately, the tent is equipped with a mosquito net. Pets are not allowed. There is a small heating unit in the lodge tent. Free parking is available near your glamping location.
Our Experience
Ark van Noë was a total experience for our family and we really enjoyed it. The combination of staying in luxury glamping tents together with a amazing list of activities (for young and old) on site is just great. Ark van Noë: we will definitely come back!
